Tilt Shift is a cool effect that makes a video or photograph almost look toy like. The above is a picture I did using this technique. It is a square in San Francisco. Now for those with more talent (which currently I do not have) you can always try doing the same thing with video, where the effect can be very amazing. Below is a video demonstrating this.
